Normally it would have been on Saturday night but we were in the middle of a severe ice storm with a threat of up to 8 inches of snow (which never happened). We decided to postpone the meal till the next evening. Our hosts this time were Doug Beach and Lynne Carlson. Here is their menu&#8230;<\/p>\n<h3 align=\"center\">Menu and Wine<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Menu-and-Wine.jpg\" src=\"http:\/\/www.butchieboy.info\/Menu-and-Wine.jpg\" width=\"550\" height=\"844\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Doug made a small alteration in the &#8220;Deconstructed Guacamole&#8221; for Karen and me, we being onion sensitive. He substituted sliced yellow pepper for the onion.<\/p>\n<h3 align=\"center\">The Presentation<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Beach-Courses.jpg\" src=\"http:\/\/www.butchieboy.info\/Beach-Courses.jpg\" width=\"550\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I apologize for the picture of the entr\u00e9. I had to use a flash and the light falloff was severe.
