However, the weather did not cooperate &#8211; it was rainy off and on for the whole day.  We decided to go to the zoo the next day.  During a break in the weather, we drove to Lake Michigan because Rachel had never seen a large body of water before.  It was a great activity but we forgot to bring our camera so it is undocumented.  Little did I realize that I had a camera in my cell phone which would&#8217;ve done the job nicely.  I&#8217;m not into &#8220;cell phone think&#8221; enough yet.  Karen and Rachel also baked some cookies (Mini-M&#038;M chocolate chip!).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Karen and Rachel Baking Cookies\" src=\"http:\/\/www.butchieboy.info\/BakingCookies.jpg\" width=\"550\" height=\"395\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Later, we went to see a movie Kit Kittredge, American Girl.
