I have a blog now and this is my first published entry. Every year we try to shoot a family portrait over the Christmas holiday. So I thought this would be a good place to share it.

I will try to put up pictures as I take them. Most important will be ones of the family.
I will also be having some entries on genealogical topics, my sculptures, perhaps political commentary and other things I want to rattle on about.

We love the picture. We were all pooped by the time the photo session was done. Taking a family picture with three grandchildren is exhausting!
